RVR Health & Fitness

The Ranch House hosts a very robust, well attended fitness program and facility. The facility is open seven days a week with 21 group fitness classes offered each week. We have certified instructors and personal trainers from all disciplines to serve every fitness need or goal. We strive to provide you with a fabulous facility coupled with quality programming.

Our full‐service fitness center includes treadmills, bikes, elliptical cross‐trainer climbers, a full line of resistance equipment and free weights. We have a year ‘round indoor/outdoor Jr. Olympic lap pool, outdoor jacuzzi spas and also feature steam rooms in each men’s and women’s locker facility. Our fitness center and individual workout rooms are separately zoned and air conditioned.

Please keep in mind that children under the age of 15 are not permitted on the second floor of the Ranch House unless the child is at least 11 years of age and taking a class led by an RVR approved instructor or exercising under the supervision of an approved personal trainer.
